C'mon Get H.A.P.P.Y.
This acronym speaks to the ideal mindset for experiencing life. How do you find it? Where does it reside? Exactly who is responsible for your happiness? This workshop is more akin to a brainstorming session. I encourage you to speak out and detail what brings on happiness for you. Then walk away with this effective tool that ensures even when you're feeling negative there is always a way out. Applying the H.A.P.P.Y! tool maintains your ideal mindset and reveals the place where your true happiness comes from. There will be plenty of writing and sharing which leads to the awesome power of the human laugh! Chasing away the blues or deeper states of situational depression all depends on the adeptness of your ability to apply this tool. That said, this is not a method to avoid difficult challenges and emotions in your life.
T.E.A.M- Law of Action
This is my distillation of the steps I call the Law of Action, or Manifesting. Whatever label you want to give it is up to you. I like Law of Action. Why? Well, certainly if you want to manifest something into your life you must take action to invite, bring, or allow it into your life. Attraction might be another way to say it, right? I just lopped off the 'Attr' one day and realized action is the most important part of attraction. And, yes, you guessed correctly that the 'A' in the acronym of T.E.A.M. stands for Action! In my audio-book “Build the Sandwich”, you'll discover what the other letters mean.
The Inside Out of Organizing
An organized environment is the sign of an organized mind. Is it? If you organize your workspaces and living spaces do you become organized in your thoughts? Should thoughts even be organized? Is it inevitable that they are? Find out in this upcoming workshop devoted to keeping a place for everything so everything is in its place. Clarity is key. Consider the following questions... What do you really need in your environment and what can you let go? What blocks you from simplifying your life? Why bigger is not always better and why less IS more. What is in your heart and soul about you and your stuff? (NOTE: the below video is merely a placeholder for the organized one- pardon my web skills that are nascent at best).
