The Write toJournal

In my family, I'm known as the "pope" of write it down. It's the thing I tell everyone I know when they can't wrap their minds around an issue, explain a situation, face a difficulty, process an emotion or express the good feels and the bad hurts. For me it is literally the bedrock of good mental health; even if you are in therapy, you might need to write something down between appointments to recall in detail. I think it's so vital to your well-being. This is the first of the three essential level workshops.

Let's Meditate on Meditation

It's just a breath away. Meditation is by far the best form of calming yourself. You will see benefits as early as a few days. Mornings are best to meditate as you set the tone for the day on a positive feel good. This is the second of the three essential level workshops. Along with journal writing you now have the two most powerful tools to help you build your mindset. Give it a try for three weeks and may the calm be with you!

Stress Release Me

Though this video's holiday timing is obvious, it does contain the gist of how to manage the stress of life. The ability to release stress successfully can take years to achieve. It's also situational and particular to the individual. Like anything though, the sooner you practice ways to alleviate and release  stress, the better for your health and all around sanity! This is the final workshop of the essential level to build the mindset for your life of "Wow"!
