Creative You- Yes, YOU!

Creativity transforms and transmutes. You are creative and it empowers you to change the course of your life. Creativity combats difficulties, depression, stress, and anxiety. We all have this gift inside; a treasure trove for meeting the challenges of life or simply for fun. The gift of expressing ourselves; this gift is creativity. Some of you say you are not but that is unawareness. I know you have it you just need to become aware. Journey to the most awesome place: your imagination and discover your muse! Creativity is expressed emotionally, intellectually, and physically. It's purposeful, practical, and fanciful. It can source from the dark and the light but comes always from within and, if you are inclined, is an expression of the Divine thru you and your muse. We ourselves are a creation whether you believe by a higher power or via evolution. We are the manifestation of a life formed both atomically and spiritually. I realize quite a stir can be created with those sentences but that's another thought entirely.- SL
